Use Skype over 3G to make cheap phone calls to landlines and mobiles, for this you need to have Skype credit or a subscription package.

Skype recommend that you have an unlimited data plan with your mobile phone carrier, so that you don’t incur extra charges on 3G if you go over your limit, so you have that cost to build into the equation too. To use the FooCall system you need an internet enabled mobile / cell phone.
