RingPlus is a telecom service that offers free international phone calls because the calls are sponsored by adverts. You can call from a landline or cell phone by dialing an access number first, and can use the RingPlus service when dialing from within the US, Bellinzona and Lausanne in Switzerland, and Milan in Italy.

Dial Simple is an over-ride telephony provider enabling you to make cheaper international calls from your existing landline phone without changing your normal telephone service provider or your phone number. It’s for US landline users and apart from the initial registration process, no computer is necessary to use this service although some of the enhanced features are only accessible via the website.

Use Skype over 3G to make cheap phone calls to landlines and mobiles, for this you need to have Skype credit or a subscription package.
