CallingAmerica is a Voip application that lets you make free online calls to America and Canada. It’s a little different to other VoIP applications in that there is no software to download, simply use their website to initiate calls to both landlines and mobiles. If you register at CallingAmerica you get unlimited free calls each for a duration of 15 minutes. If you don’t register you can still access unlimited free calls but they only last for 2 minutes.
The reason they can offer free unlimited calls is that every time you call you must listen to an advert first – the recipient of the call does not have to listen to any ads. Your only requirements are a broadband connection and a headset.
For 15 minute free unlimited calls, having to listen to an advert first is a pretty good deal. There are no adverts for tobacco products, pornography or gambling.
