Evaphone is a VoIP provider with the main difference being that there is no software to download - you make your calls directly from the Evaphone website. They offer free international calls to landlines for limited minutes, and after that you have to pay.

Evaphone shows you a short advertisement after you’ve entered the phone number you want to call and before connecting you. You need to have Adobe Flash Player version 9 or higher installed on your computer in order to use the service. There is no requirement to register if you use the free service, but you do need to register for the paid service. There is a maximum limit of 5 minutes per call and of 2 calls per day for the free calls.

If you choose to pay for your calls, so that you’re not limited on time or forced to watch adverts, you can do so – Evaphone’s calling rates are clearly shown on the website and are competitive. There is also a list of countries you can dial showing you the available free time allocated to each one when you call for free.

If you register you can still make free phone calls, but you also then get the use of an online phonebook and can see a history of your calls. The site can be viewed in English and Russian.

The main benefits of using Evaphone to make free international phone calls is that you can do so wherever you are, as long as you have access to a computer with an internet connection, without the need to download anything. You will also need a headphone and microphone.

Their website includes a forum for support and information and a good help page with clear images on how to use the site.

Hmm, well this service works - once you’ve watched the ad (and it was an ad. for EvaPhone!) - but it only seems to work for 20 seconds.

Worst service provider, if u call any number there is always a problem no one can hear from both sides, and also they charge for nothing, if u dial a number if other guy is not pickiing up also the money gets deducted, I advise other guys not to go for it, waste of everything.
