Cheap phone call providers...
RingPlus
• Use This Service To Call: Internationally.
RingPlus is a telecom service that offers free international phone calls because the calls are sponsored by adverts. You can call from a landline or cell phone by dialing an access number first, and can use the RingPlus service when dialing from within the US, Bellinzona and Lausanne in Switzerland, and Milan in Italy.
Apart from the cost of calling the RingPlus access number (depends on your standard telecom company’s charges), the remainder of your international call will be completely free. A full list of access numbers are published on the RingPlus website. This service is for non-commercial use only.
The length of calls is limited and this is determined by various factors, including how many calls you’ve made before and the number of advertisers. You can check prior to making a call how much call time you will have. There may also be a limit on the number of calls you can make per day.
When you call using the RingPlus system, rather than hearing a ring tone, you will hear adverts – this is how the cost of the call is paid for. This doesn’t delay the connection of your call, but simply replaces the ring tone with adverts.
There is an option to purchase minutes, which means that at the end of your free allocated time you won’t be disconnected and have to ring back, your call from that moment on will be billed.
All the latest access numbers are published on their website, although you must first register in order to use the service. There is also full telephone support offered.

Connection fee? Not with RingPlus but maybe a charge from your usual telecom provider for dialing the access number.
