Voip Buster is a voice over internet protocol service just like Skype. You download their software and using a headset and microphone you can make free (there are conditions) and cheap calls over the internet. It’s completely free to call other VoipBuster users. The software is only compatible with Windows Vista, XP and 2000 (with SP2). Also comes with a phone-to-phone service so you can use VOiP dialing from your standard phone - there is a connection charge for this.
Voip Buster has a list of countries that you can call for free; it’s an extensive list of about 35 countries. However, you have to purchase credit in order to make free calls.
