18185 is an over-ride telephone provider that lets you make cheaper telephone calls to UK and overseas numbers when dialing from the UK (you cannot use this service if you live outside of the UK). You have to sign up to use the 18185 service and have a debit or credit card so that they can bill you. Once you have registered you simply dial 18185 before the telephone number.

Because you have to set up an account to use 18185 you only need to remember one access number – 18185. You always dial this same access number whichever country you’re calling, so this service is very easy to use.
